Our wonderfully unique primary sales offices are located in two of the world’s most exciting and prestigious motor yacht destinations, the very upmarket and boutique Luštica Bay Marina in Montenegro, and Sandy Lane Yacht Club, Canouan Island in the Caribbean.
Both locations offer stunning backdrops of either the Adriatic Sea and the mountains in Montenegro, or the turquoise sea and idyllic tropical island anchorages of the Caribbean. At both of these locations we offer full service yacht management services with our associated company and EkoKat shareholder Yacht Agent Montenegro
Healthy ROI. Customers purchasing an EkoKat and choosing to berth it with Ekokat Yacht Management EYM at these locations can enter into a stress and hassle free agreement to have their yacht professionally managed and maintained, with option to earn income and a very high ROI through charter income. Making your yacht available for charter when you are not using it can earn you in excess of usd 500,000 per annum. You choose how many weeks you would like it to be chartered for. Even just 3 weeks a year will more than cover your annual management and upkeep fees.

Sandy Lane Yacht Club and Residences(SLYCR) is on Canouan, central to the Grenadines and just a few miles from the Tobago Cays, the perfect base for your Grenadines cruise, to collect your guests or enjoy a luxury break mid charter. With capacity for 120 yachts, ranging in size from 10 to 100(+) metres LOA and with available depths up to 5.5 metres, SLYCR can accommodate practically any sailing or motor yacht afloat today in its 36 superyacht berths. All berths are serviced with water and both European and US Specification power from 16 amps to 630 amps.

One of the most prestigious yacht marinas in the world is located here. Skyscrapers are being actively built around the bay: the plans of the company leading the construction include 200 buildings reaching a height of more than 300 meters.
