Things to know
before you buy

Ekokat yachts are build to the highest possible CE Classification A, where the CE Yacht Compliance Classification System dictates the standards for the construction and sale of boats in the EU. It is widely considered the most stringent in the world.

Yachts cannot be legally sold in the EU unless they have passed the tests to receive the CE Certification and the regulation applies to all yachts up to 24 meters.

CE CLASS A yachts (Ekokat) are designed for offshore sea voyages worldwide in which wind force may exceed 8 on the Beaufort Scale and waves can also exceed a significant height of 4 meters.

EkoKat is equipped with an extraordinary large solar array roof, powering in excess of 100kwh of natural energy into a giant battery storage bank, meaning the entire ships systems can be run on renewable energy.

Importantly therefore, EkoKat has sufficient power storage for air-conditioning and all appliances to be run on the yacht throughout the night, without the need to run generators in the morning.

EkoKat is a power catamaran yacht designed for cruising speeds of up to 20/21 knots and a top speed of 25/26 knots, so targeting both monohull and power catamaran yacht owner/operators.

Technology is not yet advanced sufficiently to equip yachts of this size for such performance at a commercially viable and  affordable level, and as such EkoKats are propelled by conventional and and very fuel efficient diesel and not electric engines.

EkoKat is built with precision and top quality brand parts throughout, and is the epitome of luxury.

Our incredible value yacht price-tag does not need to suggest anything otherwise. Remember, our no-bedrooms-in-the hulls and multi-functional penthouse apartment was primarily conceived to help prevent sea-sickness amongst many other benefits, and most certainly not to save money. However as a by-product, it of course does just that as well. In fact, many of our game changing and fundamental design features have the same knock-on effect.

As well as not having to fill the hulls with bathrooms and ensuite bathrooms, for example we have no expensive hydraulic bathing platform, tender garage or crane mechanism (see sections on our far more practical solutions to these).

We also have an exceptional factory and team dedicated to EkoKat production and extremely efficient buying power.

As a result you can be sure of a premium grade CE A category motor yacht with incredible and unique features, at a jaw dropping price tag to go with it.

EkoKat Voyager 60 yachts take approximately 10 months to build, 1 month to commission and around 1 month to deliver, depending on where you would like your yacht shipped.
